This application is operated by Modus Operandi Business Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “MOBS”), a private company with limited liability organised and existing under Indian law, with its seat in Delhi, its address at Gurugram (Haryana) and registered under the Companies Act 2013 (CIN: U74900HR2016PTC058252). This application in website or mobile properties is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel/activity information, posting opinions/questions/answers of travel/activity related issues, and engaging in interactive travel/activity planning forum.

The following describes the conditions of the Privacy Policy on which MOBS offers to provide services to the person (s) to access and explore the GoPo application and/or website (hereinafter referred to as the “application” or “service”).

By accessing our application, the user acknowledges that the user has read and understood this Privacy Policy and the information collection and handling practices outlined in it. This Privacy Policy was last updated on May 25, 2017. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time so please check back regularly to stay informed of any updates.

This Privacy Policy describes in detail our policy and practices regarding our collection, use and disclosure of information about the user. Protecting the user’s privacy is very important to us. We have developed this Privacy Policy to protect the user’s personal information and keep it confidential. We understand that providing information online involves a great deal of trust on the user’s part. We take this trust very seriously, and make it a high priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal information the users provide to us when the users visit our Website or use our application and other services.

By entering and/or registering on the Site, the user gives their consent to and accepts the following conditions:


1.1 The user must be eighteen or over to enter and register as a user of this Application. This application or any of our services cannot be used by children under 18 years of age. 1.2 By using and/or viewing this application the user represents and warrants under penalty of perjury the following:

1.2.1 That the user has the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that the user is at least 18-years old.

1.2.2 That the user will not permit any person(s) under the age of 18 to have access to any of the materials contained within this application.

1.2.3 That the user represents and warrants that the user has not and will not use and/or view the application in a restricted location – namely a place, country, or location in which doing so would, or could be deemed a violation of any law, regulation, rule, ordinance, edict or custom.


2.1 The user must provide MOBS with certain personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, the user’s name, address, email address, and phone number at the time of registration for the application. This information is used to contact the user about the services of this application for which they have expressed interest.

2.1.1. During registration MOBS will give the user the opportunity to provide MOBS with additional information, such as the user’s interests and expertise.

2.1.2. Some additional information may be asked by MOBS for security reasons or to provide specific services to the user.

2.1.3. Once the users register, they can visit their profile at any time to add or remove supplementary personal information about themselves. The users can add basic information about themselves, such as information about their hometown, professional background, etc. The users can also add other information about themselves including their activities, interests, contact information, as well as more information about their education and occupation.

2.1.4. If a user’s personal information changes (such as the user’s zip code), or if the user no longer desires MOBS’ service, MOBS will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by the user by writing to MOBS at . Such request shall be deemed effective 30 days after receipt by us of the request for closure/updation of the account concerned.

2.1.5. MOBS reserves the right to change certain settings of the user’s account concerning news subscription, banners, product offerings and other means of fulfillment of this application’s content and services in certain circumstances, related to marketing and promotional activities.

2.2 For all the users, registered and non registered users, MOBS collects information such as IP address, device identifier, browser type, device type, domain name, access times, duration of visit, referring URL, platform, new and repeat information, time stamp, exit page information, and other information about how you use the Service.

MOBS uses analytics, including analytics conducted by third-party services, to help analyze how the users use the Service. To do this, MOBS and its third-party service providers use cookies (unique identifiers sent to your computer/phone by a Web server and stored on your computer/phone’s hard drive) and scripts to collect and store information such as how users interact with MOBS’ Services, errors users encounter when using MOBS’ Services, device identifiers, how often and for how long users visit and use the Services, which pages they visit on MOBS’ Services, whether they act on or open emails, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the application. We use this information to improve our application and user experience, such as remembering the user when the user returns and logs in, reducing the time it takes for the user to create an itinerary, and knowing which section/s of the application are visited and which services are most often used.

2.3 If the user sends us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users of this application or third parties send us correspondence about the user’s activities or postings on this application, we have a right to collect such information into a file that is accessed only by our authorized personnel or representatives. We may also collect comments about the user made by other users of the Site.

2.4 Tell-a-Friend: We make it easy for the user to invite people from the user’s email address books and contact lists to join MOBS’ Service. The user may choose to use MOBS’ service to tell a friend or friends about us via a feature on the mobile application. The user’s friend or friends may contact us to request that we remove their email address from MOBS’ records.

2.5 This application may contain links to other sites. The user shall be aware that MOBS is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. MOBS encourages the users to be aware when they leave the application and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this application in website or mobile properties.

3.1 MOBS uses the information it collects to try to provide a safe, efficient, and customized experience. The main objective of use of collected information is to provide MOBS’ services and features to the user, to measure and improve those services and features, and to provide the user with customer support.

3.2 MOBS uses collected information internally to improve MOBS’ marketing efforts, analyze the application’s usage, improve the application’s content and product offerings and customize the content of the application and its layout. These uses allow us to improve this application and better tailor the user’s online experience.

3.3 MOBS may use collected information to deliver information that, in some cases, is targeted to the user’s interests, such as banners and promotions.

3.4 MOBS may also send the user periodic informational updates via email, provided telephone numbers and/or all other contact sources.

3.5 MOBS may use collected information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce any agreements, policies and rules governing the use of this application.

3.6 Third-Party Sign-In and Social-Media Features: The user can log in to MOBS’ Services using sign-in services provided by third parties, including certain third-party social networking platforms. Certain third-party services MOBS may feature through MOBS’ Services to give the user social media options to interact with buttons or widgets that let the user like information or post information about the user’s activities from our applications to third party applications and platforms publicly or within the user’s network. These services will share certain personal information with MOBS as described in the sign-in notices or in their privacy policies.

3.7 Third-Party Advertising: We may use third parties to serve ads in MOBS’ Services. These third parties may automatically collect information about the user’s use of the Services, visits to the application and its websites, the user’s IP address, and the user’s ISP. Third parties may collect information by using cookies, clear gifs, or other technologies. These third parties may use this information to deliver advertising targeted to the user’s interests and to better understand the usage and visitation of the Services and the other websites tracked by these third parties. This Policy does not apply to, and MOBS is not responsible for, cookies or clear gifs in third-party ads. We encourage the user to check the privacy policies of advertisers and/or ad services to learn about their use of cookies and other technology.

3.8 MOBS’ Ads on Third-Party Websites: MOBS and its third-party partners may use information collected using third-party cookies and web beacons on our Services and in our emails to deliver ads about our Services displayed to you on third-party websites and applications. MOBS also may use cookie information and other methods to know when the user returns to MOBS’ Services after visiting these third-party websites and applications. We use this and other information about the user to try to understand the user’s interests and show the users relevant advertising about products and services that may interest the users. MOBS’ third party partners may also use this information for third-party advertising as described above.

3.9 Flash LSOs: When MOBS posts videos or other media on MOBS’ blog, third parties may use local shared objects, also known as Flash cookies, to store the user’s preferences for volume control, or to personalize certain features. Flash cookies are different from browser cookies because of the amount of, type of, and how data is stored.


When the user registers, the data contained in the user’s profile is visible to non-users of the application and traceable by search engines on the Internet.


5.1 MOBS DOES NOT sell or rent any of the user’s personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without the user’s permission. MOBS, however, does provide collected information to our service providers as reasonably necessary or appropriate to provide services on the application.

5.2 MOBS does disclose information in the aggregate to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, MOBS DOES NOT disclose information in any form that could be used to identify the user personally such as password of the user’s account of the Site, credit card number, contact details and bank account number.

5.3 In response to compulsory (required) governmental and/or third party inquiries, MOBS may disclose the user’s personal information to comply with a court order, subpoena, and search warrant.

5.4 MOBS expressly reserves the right to disclose the user’s personal information when MOBS has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect MOBS’ rights, or to enforce MOBS’ agreements, policies, and rules governing the user’s use of the Site, or to cooperate voluntarily with law enforcement inquiries.

5.5 If the ownership of all or substantially all of MOBS’ business changes, MOBS may transfer the user’s information to the new owner so that the service can continue to operate. In such a case, the user’s information would remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.


If the user does not wish to receive any further email correspondence, mobile phone or push-notifications, the user can unsubscribe or change notifications settings in the “Notifications” section of the mobile application.


The user MAY NOT use another user’s information, whether private or not, for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. MOBS reserves the right to terminate the users who misuse other users’ information or who otherwise violate any user agreements, policies, or rules governing the use of the application.


The user is solely responsible for the interactions with other users. Because MOBS is not involved in interactions between and among the users, in the event that the user has a dispute with one or more users or those who have posted, viewed, or used information on this application, the user releases MOBS, including MOBS’ officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees, from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.


Transmission of data and information via the application is not a secure or encrypted transmission method for sending the users’ personal data, unless otherwise indicated on the application. Accordingly, the user’s attention is drawn to the fact that any information and personal data carried over the Internet is not secure. Information and personal data may be intercepted, lost, redirected, corrupted, changed and accessed by other people.

This application uses reasonable security measures to help protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under MOBS’ control.


10.1 MOBS and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the application, whether caused by users, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service, nor for the conduct of any user and/or member whether online or offline.

10.2 MOBS assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user and/or user communications.

10.3 MOBS is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or members or to any other person’s mobile/computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the application and/or in connection with the service.

10.4 Under no circumstances will MOBS be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s use of the application or the service and/or any content posted on the application or transmitted to members.


MOBS is not liable to the user for any damage the user suffers as a result of the use of the Application, the fulfilment of a Direct Agreement (between users), the inaccessibility of the Application or the incompleteness or inaccuracy of the information on the Application. MOBS is not liable for any damage the users suffer through acts or omissions of other users.


MOBS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to MOBS’ information practices. If MOBS changes its Privacy Policy, MOBS will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and change the “last revised” date above. If MOBS makes any material changes, notice of the changes will be posted along with the revised Privacy Policy. MOBS encourages the user to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
